Resident Care Assistant, Medication Technician, and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

- Monitor and document residents' health status and report any changes to the nursing staff

- Administer medications and treatments as directed by healthcare providers

- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents

- Follow care plans and ensure residents' needs are met with dignity and respect

- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality resident care

Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid certification as a CNA, Medication Technician, or relevant healthcare qualification

- Prior experience in a long-term care or assisted living setting preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents' needs

- Ability to work effectively in a team and follow detailed care instructions

- Flexibility to work all shifts, including evenings and nights

We offer competitive pay rates of $20 per hour for second shift (3 PM to 11 PM) and $20-$22 per hour for third shift (11 PM to 7 AM).
