Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm

Responsibilities:

  • Operate various types of machines, to finish product components. 
  • Ability to Inspect parts to ensure compliance requirements.
  • Ability to Inspect parts under magnification.
  • Maintain accurate production records and rolling counts of in process parts and inventory.
  • Able to wear half face and full-face respirator.
  • Function as a multi-faceted team member ensures team training needs are met.  

Requirements

 Skills: 

  • Mechanical reasoning and visualization.
  • Ability to follow and interpret procedures.
  • Able to understand production demands and required work flow. 
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to advise and assist a team to meet goals. 
  • Must be dependable.
  • Effective communication and teamwork is paramount.
  • Attention to and dissemination of all production safety procedures and requirements. 
  • Sandblasting and Painting experience a plus.
  • A willingness to learn, build, disseminate information.
