Pay Range: $18.76 – $23.56 per hour+ $100 weekly driving allowance

POSITIONAL SUMMARY:

GreenWell Health is seeking a compassionate and dependable Mobile Phlebotomist to provide mobile phlebotomy services throughout the Reno, NV area. This position requires traveling to patient homes, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and clinics to perform blood draws, specimen collection, and patient support while ensuring high standards of safety, professionalism, and patient care.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Positional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Travel throughout the Reno territory to assigned patient visits.

• Document patient interactions accurately using EMR systems.

• Provide compassionate, professional, and respectful patient care.

• Adhere to infection control standards and aseptic techniques at all times.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.

• Follow laboratory procedures for specimen collection, processing, and transportation.

• Collect, label, process, and transport specimens accurately and safely.

• Perform venipuncture and capillary puncture procedures using proper phlebotomy techniques.

• Complete a minimum of 10 blood draws per day.

• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and punctual attendance required.

• Familiarity with laboratory procedures and specimen processing.

• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.

• Minimum 1–2 years of phlebotomy experience in a hospital, clinic, laboratory, or healthcare setting preferred.

• Current phlebotomy certification required (CPT, PBT, or equivalent).

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or GED required

• Minimum 1–2 years of phlebotomy experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare setting required

• Phlebotomy License REQUIRED

• Any required background check, clearances, or immunizations
