Assist physicians with patient care, including preparing patients for visits and performing clinical activities like phlebotomy and medication administration. Provide indirect care by managing patient questions, medication refills, and scheduling via phone or EHR.
Qualifications
You have a completion of a medical assistant program, or equivalent experience through formal military training or an EMT program. You also possess at least one year of experience as a clinic back office medical assistant and are certified as a Medical Assistant (MA) or hold an equivalent license/certification.

Medical Assistant certification
Oregon Emergency Medical Technician
Basic or Advanced Oregon Emergency Medical Technician
Washington State certification as a MA
BLS for Providers
American Heart Association
EHR
