Salary Range: Starting at $18.00 (pay reviewed after 90 days)

Do you enjoy being organized, handling hands-on tasks, and keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes? As a Mailroom Statement Rendering Clerk in our Warsaw campus, you will:

• Perform all statement generation processes and printing for each statement cycle.
• Process large statement mailings using the high-speed inserter machine. This includes validating statements processed to ensure that numbers match up, as well as identifying and reprinting missing statements. Provide transportation to the post office including loading and unloading mail trays.
• Process small mailings in which documents may need to be hand-folded and hand-stuffed into envelopes.
• Electronically submit mailing manifest for large mailings.
• Pushing mail cart throughout Warsaw campus to deliver/pickup mail.
• Working outside in all types of weather.

Basic Qualifications Include: 

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to move/lift up to 40 pounds.
• Provide a means for transporting mail to and from the Warsaw post office.
• Basic PC, typing, 10-key, and general office skills required.
• Possesses a working knowledge of postal requirements related to the department functions.

Hours: 

• Monday-Friday: 7:30-4:30
