As one of the nation’s largest manufacturers and suppliers of steel canopies, we are seeking motivated Sales Account Trainees to learn our business from the ground up. This is a hands-on training program designed to develop knowledgeable, relationship-focused sales professionals who truly understand the product, process, and customer experience from start to finish.

This role is ideal for someone who can walk into any room with confidence, build genuine relationships, communicate effectively, and represent our company with professionalism and personality.

What You’ll Do

• Learn all aspects of the canopy manufacturing business from project conception through completion 
• Train alongside experienced sales, operations, and production teams 
• Develop strong product knowledge and understanding of customer needs 
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, customers, and industry professionals 
• Travel to customer sites, meetings, trade shows, and project locations as needed 
• Assist with sales development, account management, and customer communication 
• Gain experience in estimating, project coordination, and client support 
• Represent the company professionally in all interactions
