We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team in a structured rotational program across three core HR functions. This internship provides hands-on exposure to key HR operations, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.

The intern will play an active role in supporting HR policies, contributing to departmental projects, improving processes, and assisting with day-to-day HR functions.

Responsibilities

Assist with HR policy documentation, updates, and process improvements
Support departmental projects with research, coordination, and implementation
Contribute to workforce planning, recruiting, and candidate sourcing
Help manage onboarding activities and new hire experience
Provide support for employee relations inquiries and communications
Perform administrative tasks and maintain HR records
Collect and analyze HR data; prepare reports and insights
 

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree or graduated within the past year in HR, Business, or a related field
Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
