Williams Auto Group is looking for an energetic and detail-oriented individual to join our TEAM as a Reconditioning Technician. This Automotive position plays an important role in maintaining the appearance and presentation of our vehicle inventory while supporting the daily operations of our Dealership.

Responsibilities:
• Clean and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors to Dealership standards
• Wash, wax, buff, and restore vehicle surfaces
• Vacuum and shampoo carpets, upholstery, and interior materials
• Apply protective treatments to vinyl, leather, fabric, and tires
• Clean engine compartments and vehicle components safely and effectively
• Inspect vehicles for dents, scratches, stains, or other cosmetic concerns
• Perform touch-up work and replace small missing or defective parts when needed
• Ensure showroom and Automotive inventory remain clean and customer-ready
• Install and remove window stickers and vehicle displays as needed
• Fuel vehicles and maintain overall lot presentation
• Operate Automotive tools and detailing equipment safely
• Follow Dealership safety procedures and report concerns immediately
• Drive vehicles safely on and off Dealership property
• Support the Automotive team with additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:
• Previous Automotive detailing or reconditioning experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented Dealership environment
• Comfortable with prolonged standing, bending, and physical activity
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain quality standards
• Basic communication and math skills required
• Valid Driver’s License preferred
