💵 Pay Range: $18 – $19.50 per hour

The McGrath Family of Dealerships has proudly served customers across Eastern Iowa for over 70 years by delivering trusted automotive sales and service. McGrath Dubuque Chevy is looking for motivated individuals who want to start a hands-on career in the automotive industry.
No prior automotive experience is required. If you are dependable, eager to learn, and interested in working with vehicles, this role provides the opportunity to train alongside experienced technicians and build a long-term career path.
What You’ll Do
Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes and tire rotations
Complete multi-point vehicle inspections
Replace filters, wiper blades, and most bulbs
Assist technicians with vehicle preparation and basic service procedures
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Learn diagnostic tools and service procedures as part of your training and development
Requirements
Reliable work history and strong work ethic
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Willingness to learn and take direction in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
Ability to work in a fast-paced service department
Experience in tire shops, parts stores, or retail automotive environments is helpful but not required
