About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The primary goal of this role is to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment throughout the community.

What You’ll Do

• Clean and maintain common areas, including hallways, restrooms, and dining spaces
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored and maintained
• Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
• Assist with resident move-ins and move-outs as needed
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and their families

What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a senior living or healthcare setting
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods
• Experience operating cleaning equipment (vacuums, floor buffers, carpet cleaners)
