Description

  • Order credit and appraisal reports
  • Maintain accurate loan status updates in the loan origination system (LOS) 
  • Communicate with loan officers, processors, underwriters, and clients regarding missing or outstanding items 
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, investor guidelines, and regulatory requirements 
  • Assist with clearing conditions and resubmitting updated documentation as needed 
  • Maintain organized electronic loan files and documentation records 
  • Provide excellent customer service and professional communication throughout the loan process
