Job Profile:
Repsol Renewables North America (RRNA) is looking for an Intern, Accounting to assist in the Accounts Payable processing and other projects as defined.
Key Responsibilities:
Data entry, coding and workflow routing for the invoices received from vendors
Setting up new vendors in the accounting system
Work with the Senior Accountants and/or project developers for proper coding against the Company approved budget
Responding to vendor inquiries, researching and resolving issues related to invoices and vendor payments
Monitor and reviews invoices for timely approvals
Assisting the senior accountant with monthly bank account reconciliations
Assisting with any other ad hoc requests
Requirements:
Detail oriented
Self-motivated
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to work a part-time schedule (approximately 20 hours/week)
Education and Experience:
Currently pursuing an accounting degree, preferably a rising Junior or Senior
