Working Conditions:

Office environment /Clerical assignments

Work Hours: 

Monday 7:30 to 4:30, Tuesday to Thursday 8-4:30, Friday 7:30 to 4pm.   Saturday mornings on a rotating schedule.   

Job Summary:

The Office Clerk is responsible for organizing the shipment of all products. This includes printing outgoing shipments, organizing, and ensuring that all shipments are accurately and efficiently prepared for loadout.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare Shipments:

Group routes together

Summarize some routes into a custom format using Excel or Access 

· Data Entry

• Key cooler adjustments to shipments
• Settle driver paperwork on various routes

· Customer Service:

 Assist in keying orders

• Communicate with sales and delivery, cooler department and others as needed.

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

· Education:

o High school diploma or equivalent; some positions may prefer additional education or certification in logistics or supply chain management.

· Experience:

o Prior experience in shipping is a plus.

 Prior Experience with SAP a plus. 

· Skills:

o Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong 10 Key / Data Entry skills

o Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

o Proficient in using computers, Microsoft Excel and Access

o Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Must be able to sit for extended periods of time

Ability to bend and lift 30 lbs.
