Machine Operator / Level One Operator (nightshift)

Description

Weaver Popcorn Company is seeking dedicated and reliable nightshift Machine Operator to join our team. This position involves working in a team environment while ensuring adherence to safety standards, environmental policies, and housekeeping procedures.

The responsibilities of the nightshift Machine Operator include, but are not limited to, the following:

Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety, environmental, and housekeeping guidelines.
Collaborate with team members and follow the direction of the team leader.
Operate forklift to load and unload trailers, as well as assist with managing the logistical flow within the warehouse
Learn to operate bagger/tote bagger machinery and assist in corn processing.
Provide support to outside operations as needed.
Perform weekly sanitation tasks.
Operate Inventory Management systems as required.
General maintenance skills required
General Grain Elevator work

Experience / Education

High school/GED required
Previous forklift experience is a plus.
Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
Ability to lift and stand for long periods.
Must be willing to work safely at heights up to 120 feet.
