Job Description

An expanding North Pinellas-based law firm is seeking a Title Assistant who will primarily perform tasks in support of our real estate practice and secondarily perform administrative tasks in general support of the firm.

    Work Schedule

    • Monday - Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
    • Daily 30-minute lunch
    • At least one year of previous hospitality or retail experience.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including proper grammar and spelling. Ability to clearly communicate with diverse audiences via in-person, phone, and email.
    • Natural ability to thrive when multitasking in a technology-driven environment operating at a fast pace.
    • $20 to $25 per hour based on experience
    • 80 hours of paid time off (PTO)—can be used for vacation, sick, or personal days
