A strong desire to make an impact in the medical field and obtain CTBS certification within two years is also required.

Job Summary:
Due to growth, HonorBridge is recruiting a Surgical Tissue Specialist to work in our new facility in Chapel Hill. The Surgical Tissue Specialist works in an operating room setting for the surgical recovery of donated tissue. The ideal candidate has 1 year of experience in the medical field and is passionate about making an impact in the lives of others. This position provides on the job training that rotate through various roles within the team and is an opportunity to start a new career in the field of Organ and Tissue Donation. EMTs, EMS, Paramedics, Surgical Technologist / Technicians, Patient Care Techs, Operating Room Tech, or other health care workers who truly want to make an impact every day are strongly encouraged to apply!
Shift hours: Night shift 8:00pm-8:00am with paid shift differential. Surgical Tissue Specialists work 3 and 4 day work weeks with no call.**
