This rewarding position focuses on empowering clients to build independence, confidence, and life skills while remaining active in their communities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist clients with community outings, appointments, and social activities
• Support individuals with daily living and independent living skills
• Encourage community involvement and personal growth
• Assist with goal-setting and skill development
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication with supervisors
• Promote a safe, respectful, and supportive environment

Qualifications:

• Compassionate, patient, and reliable personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in human services, caregiving, or community support preferred
• Ability to work independently and responsibly
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• Ability to pass background screening requirements
