Job Description

Cincinnati Test Systems Inc. is a leader in the design and manufacture of leak test and assembly verification instrumentation with custom solutions for a wide range of manufacturing operations. CTS serves a diverse cross section of Industries, in the areas of: Transportation, Energy, Medical, Consumer & Industrial, and many more product areas.

Job Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for pulling parts for assembly jobs and sales orders, while recording those transactions electronically; daily cycle counts; restocking inventory bins and putting away daily inbound inventory deliveries. You will also participate in the yearly physical inventory.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Put away incoming parts.
  • Pull orders for shipping.
  • Pull job materials for assembly teams.
  • Daily cycle counts.
  • Record all activity in the ERP system.
  • Move inventory with a forklift as needed.
  • Keep the inventory area clean.
  • Preform other duties as required or assigned

Physical and Mental Requirements:

- Able to lift items up to 40 lbs.
- Attention to detail, such as part numbers and quantities.
- Occasional stooping or crouching

Desired Competencies:

  • Can work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge or experience working with MRP systems (Epicor is plus) or any other inventory programs.
  • Can operate a fork truck and a willingness to become certified.
