The Facilities Specialist is responsible for maintaining the physical facility, utilities, and building systems to ensure safe, reliable, and uninterrupted pharmacy operations. This role focuses on day-to-day maintenance, preventative maintenance execution, troubleshooting, and coordination of external service providers. The Facilities Specialist supports Quality and Operations by ensuring facilities and systems remain functional and inspection-ready, without owning regulatory decisions, monitoring programs, or acceptance activities. Success in this role depends on your ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while upholding the company’s core values of Excellence Always, Go-Getter’s Unite, Compassion For All, and Called To Serve.
