The Impact You’ll Make

As a Receiving Specialist, you will ensure swift and accurate receipts of both raw material and finished goods to ensure process flow and accurate inventories for both production and shipping. You will work inter-departmentally to ensure proper checks and communication is completed to support our operation.  You will work with our coordinator to ensure coverage and customer service to our partners throughout the organization.

What You’ll Do

• Receive Raw Materials and co-packer products ensuring counts and weights and accurate receipt for billing and inventory purposes
• Work with FSQA to ensure proper checks are completed and any dispositions are executed to the extent of direction from FSQA or other areas.
• Communicate and help facilitate product movement to appropriate storage locations for consumption for further handling for both finished goods and raw materials.
• Work in SAP and JDA to consume products into appropriate locations and cost centers.

What We’re Looking For: Skills & Mindset

• Self-starter who can engage with a variety of departments to ensure proper handling, storage, delivery, and consumption of product.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills — you’ll be working with multiple departments daily
• Detail-oriented with follow-through — you own your tasks and see them through
• Proficiency in JDA, SAP, and Microsoft Office Tools; TMW and Fourkites is nice to have some experience.
