Job Description

Work from home helping people who requested info about benefit programs.
You follow up, check if they qualify, and guide them through their options.

  • Meet with clients on Zoom

  • Follow up with inbound member requests

  • Help clients enroll + answer questions

  • Support existing clients when needed

  • Keep simple records + stay organized
