This position is responsible to trim product to specification using a hand knife and/or electric knife. Examples of jobs within this position includes, but are not limited to: Stomach Separator; Belly Trimmer; Butt Trimmer; Chiseler; Diaphragm Remover; Eye Lid Remover; Ham Trimmer; Loin Trimmer; Loin Evaluator; Rounding Heads; Temple Marking; Tongue Trimmer; Belly Robber, Tenderloin Trimmers (Harvest).
