Summary
The Business Analyst, Commercial supports the Commercial and Tender Management teams through reporting, CRM administration, data analysis, and commercial operations support activities. This role is responsible for maintaining CRM data integrity, generating pipeline and sales reporting, tracking commercial milestones, and developing sales scorecards and operational dashboards for both corporate and agent office operations.
This position plays a key role in supporting commercial visibility and decision-making through accurate reporting, analytics, and process support. The Business Analyst will work cross-functionally with sales, leadership, operations, and agent partners to identify reporting needs, improve data accuracy, and support operational efficiencies across the commercial organization.

For this position, the expected base pay range is $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 Annual. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
