Entry-Level Commercial Roofing Estimator / Sales Representative

MGC Roofing & Construction is an employee-owned commercial roofing contractor specializing in roof repairs, maintenance, and coating systems. We are looking for a motivated, driven individual who wants to transition into an Estimator / Sales role and grow within a company that values long-term development.

This is an entry-level opportunity designed for someone eager to learn the business side of roofing. We provide hands-on training to help you build the skills needed to succeed in estimating, client relationships, and project evaluation.

What You’ll Do

• Generate and follow up on leads within commercial properties (apartments, hotels, warehouses, etc.)
• Build and maintain relationships with property managers and facility teams
• Conduct roof inspections and identify repair or maintenance opportunities
• Learn how to create take-offs, proposals, and inspection reports
• Present repair and maintenance solutions to clients
• Track activity and manage opportunities in Salesforce

What We’re Looking For

• Background in roofing or construction (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
• Eagerness to grow into a long-term career in commercial roofing
