Position Title: Intern - Business Development

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients
• Foster strong relationships with current customers
• Provide outstanding customer service and support
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
• Stay updated on company offerings, services, and industry trends
• Address customer concerns and follow up to ensure satisfaction
• Proactively identify and respond to customer needs
• Meet with clients to discuss business objectives and provide tailored solutions

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and client relationship-building abilities
• Self-driven and capable of working independently
• Organized, detail-oriented, and efficient in managing tasks
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and database management systems
• Prior experience in sales or customer service is an advantage
• Background knowledge in business or payment processing is preferred
• Professional, confident, and personable demeanor
