About this opportunity

The Log Clerk serves as a vital part of keeping our drivers safe and on the road! This position will assure that drivers for PAM Transport are knowledgeable and capable of maintaining DOT Compliance with the Hours of Service regulations through meaningful contact and engagement with the fleet.

Pay and Schedule

This position is on site Monday - Friday 8:00am to :00pm. The pay range is $16 -$18/hour dependent on experience.

  • Proactively drive continuous improvement within the fleet.
  • Explore and analyze information across multiple systems.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and irregularities through independent evaluation and collaborative efforts.
  • Clearly communicate compliance expectations and company goals.
  • Foster an environment of confidence, accountability, and resourcefulness.
  • Collaborate with team members to strengthen departmental readiness in an evolving industry.
  • Provide reliable technical assistance with the electronic log system.
  • Work closely with individuals to diagnose issues and deliver timely, compliant solutions.
  • Actively engage in hands-on and digital implementation of firmware and software updates to ensure systems remain current and efficient.
