We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our dedicated therapy team.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide patient treatment under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist

• Complete accurate daily documentation and weekly progress reports

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy areas

• Participate in Patient Care and Rehabilitation Conferences as needed

• Implement physician-directed treatment plans and communicate patient progress with the care team

• Report equipment concerns to ensure safe and effective operation

• Educate families and nursing staff on maintenance programs and caregiver training prior to discharge

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in good standing
