Starting Pay: $50–$55/hour (DOE)

Work alongside experienced therapists and new graduates in a supportive, team-oriented setting.

Tuesday–Saturday
Sunday–Thursday
Thursday–Monday

Partner closely with PTs, OTs, and SLPs in a collaborative rehabilitation environment with approachable leadership and mentorship opportunities.

Complete accurate daily documentation and weekly progress reports
Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy areas
Participate in Patient Care and Rehabilitation Conferences as needed
Implement physician-directed treatment plans and communicate patient progress with the care team
Report equipment concerns to ensure safe and effective operation
Educate families and nursing staff on maintenance programs and caregiver training prior to discharge
Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in good standing
