Qualifications
You have a High School Diploma or equivalent and possess organizational skills for a fast-paced environment. You will need to obtain specific certifications like TX CNA or a PCT Training Program, or have equivalent experience/training such as EMT or nursing student status, along with Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification. CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training is also required within 90 days of hire.

Work hours: Full -Time – Days (7A – 7P), 36 hours/week, 3 (12) hour shifts, rotating weekends and holidays.

What You Will Do
Patient Care Techs (PCT) are responsible for providing an excellent patient healthcare experience at each Texas Health site. Provide basic patient care under direction of nursing staff. Perform duties such as feed, bathe, dress, groom, or move patients, or change linens. May transfer or transport patients. Includes nursing care attendants, nursing aides, and nursing attendants.
