Overview

As a Production Technician at Laurelcrest, you’ll be at the heart of our production process — blending, manufacturing, packaging, and ensuring every product that leaves our facility meets the gold standard our brand is known for. What You’ll Do

  • Manufacture and package high-quality hemp-based products.
  • Formulate products by preparing, weighing, blending, and processing ingredients.
  • Operate and maintain production and lab equipment, keeping everything clean and running smoothly.
  • Document and track production activities with precision — lab notes, logs, inventory counts, and compliance records.
  • Champion safety and quality in every step of the process.
  • Support inventory management and ensure all materials are accounted for and properly stored.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.
  • Adapt and flex to support other production projects and initiatives as needed.

What You Bring

  • 21 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Strong math skills and a sharp eye for detail
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures precisely
  • Physical capability to: stand for long periods, lift and pour up to 35 lbs, push and pull pallets of supplies and finished products
  • A team-first mindset, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude
