Position Summary

In this remote role, you'll assist clients with coordinating travel experiences, managing important planning details, and helping ensure reservations and itineraries are completed accurately and efficiently.

Core Responsibilities

• Work with clients to review travel interests, timelines, and planning needs
• Assist with arranging hotels, flights, cruises, transportation, tours, and activities
• Research available travel options using approved supplier and reservation systems
• Help track confirmations, itinerary schedules, and reservation updates
• Provide responsive support through phone, email, and online communication platforms
• Assist with travel revisions, booking changes, and client follow-up requests
• Maintain accurate client records and organized planning documentation within company systems
• Stay informed on supplier promotions, destination updates, and industry announcements
• Participate in virtual onboarding sessions, ongoing workshops, and team training programs

• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Comfortable handling multiple responsibilities independently in a remote environment
• Familiarity with online platforms, email systems, and basic computer applications
• Reliable internet access and professional communication habits

• Must be at least 18 years of age
