East Ridge Elementary is a PreK–5 school in Chattanooga, TN, proudly known as The Mega School That Could—a place where effort meets belief and every student is supported to succeed. • Plan, deliver, and assess effective instruction aligned to Tennessee state standards

• Experience in Title I or high-need school settings is a plus

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Valid Tennessee teaching license in Elementary Education (K-5) OR current enrollment in an accredited teacher preparation program

Compensation & Additional Info:

• Salary Scale based on education and experience – starting at $50,000.00
• Eligible positions may qualify for additional pay under the Differentiated Compensation Plan
