Job Summary

Support the recording, monitoring and reporting of student attendance. 

What you will do

  • Compiles, copies, sorts and files records of student attendance
  • Operates office machines, such as copiers, scanners, fax machines, and personal computers
  • Interacts with parents, school administration, teachers and support
  • Create reports to track attendance trends and data


Education Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED Required


Experience Qualifications

  • less than 1 year in an office setting supporting clerical operations of a basic nature Required

  • Attention to detail, basic computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, good verbal and written communication skills, sense of urgency-able to work effectively to meet deadlines, customer service orientation, able to create basic reports in Excel
