Job Description

KSI Auto Parts is seeking a highly motivated Credit & Collections Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating and negotiating customer payments, including full payments, payment arrangements, resolving overdue bills, etc.; conducting investigations into accounts as needed; and providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the automotive collision repair industry. 

Position Responsibilities: 

• Facilitate customer payments via phone and mail channels.
• Skillfully negotiate immediate full payments, payment arrangements, and customized payment plans as necessary.
• Utilize various computer programs for accurate reporting and tracking.
• Leverage analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to investigate and/or resolve past-due payments and delinquent accounts efficiently, maintaining timely resolutions. 
• Demonstrate a basic understanding of accounting principles, including debits and credits. 

Qualifications

• Prior experience in accounting/collections is preferred
• A basic understanding of accounting principles 
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Excellent communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service
