The Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for both strategic planning and tactical actions supporting the purchasing team.

Full Time Salary: $70,304 to $80,304

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

You will:

• Coordinate and review regional customer on-boards for item set-up, buyer direction, and order tracking ahead of go-live; then follow through once live for forecast accuracy and dead stock monitoring
• Monitor and report on customer route moves from one warehouse into another warehouse; ensure usage is aligned with the changes and inventory stock levels are sufficient prior to go-live
• Create & maintain reporting to review key customers for opportunity to improve fill rates and service level
• Review historical sales trends, promotional events, and projections with a key focus on avoidance of out of stock and over stock levels to support forecasts & communicate actionable suggestions to Buying and Sales team
• Identify dead stock and transfer opportunity, work with buyers and sales on disposition
• Ad hoc reporting as needed to support the purchasing teams
• Provide analytical support for Seasonal shifts for key accounts for forecast initiatives

You have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline preferred.
• 1+ years of Supply Chain Analysis or related Buying experience.
• Experience working with large data sets, data mining and reporting.
• Collaborative approach: Able to build effective relationships with our purchasing team and other business partners.
• Problem-solving skills, strong organizational skills: Able to think quickly and use logic to solve problems thoroughly and efficiently.
• Computer literacy: Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
