RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support Firmwide Process & Workflow Improvements

• Assist in mapping current workflows across offices and identifying opportunities to streamline.
• Help standardize processes into repeatable, scalable operating playbooks.

Data & KPI Analysis

• Support preparation of reports and dashboards that track utilization, productivity, and client service metrics.
• Conduct operational research to help leadership understand trends and bottlenecks.

Technology Support & Optimization

• Assist in evaluating practice management and CRM tools (Canopy, Karbon, etc.).
• Help test new software features or implementations and document best practices.

Cross‑Office Collaboration

• Coordinate with office leaders to gather information, track progress, and support new initiatives.
• Help maintain alignment and communication across multi‑office teams.

Project Management Support

• Update project plans, timelines, and action items for practice‑wide initiatives.
• Assist in preparing materials for leadership meetings and operational reviews.

Vendor & Outsourcing Support

• Help research third‑party vendors, outsourcing partners, and technology point solutions.
• Support vendor comparisons, cost/benefit summaries, and recommendations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Operations Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Excel, Sheets, or data tools.
• Interest in professional services operations or systems strategy.
• Comfortable learning new software quickly.
• Strong communicator who enjoys supporting cross‑functional teams.
• Resourceful, proactive, and energized by building structure in fast‑moving environments.
