What You'll Do:

• Provide compassionate care as part of an interdisciplinary team

• Ensure proper assessments, documentation, medications, and treatments

• Communicate openly with residents and their families

• Support team members in delivering high-quality, person-centered care

Qualifications:

• Must hold a current Missouri LPN license

• Caring, compassionate, and team-oriented
