Job Details

The Dispatcher position is critical to the efficient assignment of resources to the customers and clients served by the company. Employees in this position will perform the following:

  • Take a status report from the previous dispatcher
  • Log on to Rescue Net
  • Sign into the Dispatch Log
  • Review Crewscheduler for the scheduled units to plan the work flow for the shift
  • Provide accurate ETA’s to the Call Takers for emergency calls
  • Monitor the board and update on a regular basis
  • Log any incidents to the Dispatch Log
  • Report any unusual incidents to the management team
  • Speak and understand the English Language
  • Properly operate the computer and the software suite provided by the company
  • Properly operate the phone and other communications system provided
  • Speak to clients, customers and colleagues in a professional manner
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • HS Diploma or GED Equivalent required


Salary Range

USD $20.00 - USD $28.87 /Hr.
