Williams Auto Group is looking for an energetic and customer-focused individual to join our TEAM as a Parts Consultant. This Automotive position plays an important role in supporting our Dealership operations by assisting customers, technicians, and service staff with parts ordering, inventory support, and customer service.

Responsibilities:
• Assist retail customers, technicians, and Service Department staff with Automotive parts needs
• Provide professional customer service in person and over the phone
• Research, locate, and order Automotive parts accurately and efficiently
• Maintain inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment
• Pull, package, and prepare parts orders for pickup or delivery
• Follow up on back-ordered and special-order Automotive parts
• Communicate with vendors, customers, and Dealership staff regarding parts availability and timelines
• Process invoices, payments, credits, and repair order billing accurately
• Maintain organized records for inventory, invoices, and customer orders
• Assist with inventory control and lost sales tracking programs
• Participate in manufacturer and Dealership training programs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe Automotive work environment
• Support overall Dealership operations and complete additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:
• Previous Automotive parts or Dealership experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team-focused Dealership environment
• Comfortable using computers, inventory systems, and Dealership software
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, bending, and reaching
• Valid Driver’s License preferred
