Description
Community Medical Services (CMS) is urgently hiring a Case Manager to help individuals suffering from addictions to opioids and other illicit substances gain access to care. Every day, under the direct supervision of the Clinic Manager, you’ll serve as the primary contact for behavioral health services required outside of the counseling arena, including new client intake, wellness check phone calls, clinical documentation, and insurance needs.
***The Case Manager will work 2–3 days per week at the Columbus Broad St. clinic and 2–3 days per week at correctional facilities, including Marysville Correctional Facility (1479 Collins Ave, Marysville, OH 43040) and Orient Correctional Facility (11271 State Route 762, Orient, OH 43146). Time at the clinic and correctional facilities will be on separate days.***
