• Assist the Property Manager in communicating with current and future residents, participating in promotional events, and building relationships with the community

We train our team to help them succeed, and everyone on our team helps with our success. In this role, you’ll be accountable for hitting the following numbers:

• Help achieve weekly leasing goals with a 95%+ occupancy goal
• Obtain a renewal retention rate of 35%+
• Effectively maintain a property delinquency rate of less than 1.5% per month
