The Marketing Intern will support CSI’s marketing team by contributing to campaigns, proposals, and events that strengthen our brand and drive business growth. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role offers hands-on experience across multiple marketing disciplines including content creation, event coordination, proposal development, and digital marketing.

Essential Functions

• Understand and follow CSI HR policies and procedures
• Assist with:
  • Marketing Administration
    • Coordinate swag orders, manage supply inventory, and fulfill employee merchandise requests
    • Conduct market research
    • Process check requests and assist with general marketing administrative tasks
  • Events & Activations
    • Support the planning and execution of company events and activations, including luncheons, food drives, and sponsorships
  • Assist with event logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site support
  • Proposal Support
    • Create and maintain employee resumes and project profiles for use in proposals
    • Assist with the development of proposal materials and presentations
    • Input project data in CRM (Cosential)
  • Company Store Management
    • Manage employee enrollment and removal from the CSI’s company store
    • Distribute monthly anniversary credits and support day-to-day store operations
  • Content Creation
    • Assist with the creation of company-wide email communications (Adobe Creative Suite, MailChimp)
    • Assist with the creation of social media campaigns (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
    • Assist with gathering project content for website projects
    • Assist with the creation of news articles for website
    • Creating graphics or simple visual assets (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or the equivalent

Physical Demands

• May be required to sit or stand for long periods of time

Work Environment

• Works in a climate-controlled environment
• Frequently works in areas with large industrial equipment subject to high noise levels
• May occasionally work in areas with hazardous chemicals

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Rate $20.00-$28.00/ hour (Non-Exempt)
• • Commensurate with experience, paid weekly. Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. CSI reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the selected candidate's qualifications.
