Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate is committed to clinical excellence, patient education, and providing comprehensive dental care in a comfortable setting.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat dental conditions and oral diseases 
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans 
• Perform restorative, preventive, and cosmetic dental procedures 
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options 
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation 
• Collaborate with hygienists and dental assistants to provide excellent patient care 
• Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards 
• Build strong patient relationships and promote a positive patient experience

Requirements

 Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school 
• Active Iowa dental license 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Commitment to quality patient care 
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment 
• Experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
