REHAU | Water Technologies is seeking a dependable Team Member to support our extrusion team at the end of the production line in Cullman, AL. This hands-on role plays a key part in maintaining product flow and quality by assisting with final-stage production tasks such as tying off pipe bundles, preparing packaging, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tie off finished bundles of PEX pipe according to specifications.

• Take quality control samples and deliver them to operators or quality personnel.

• Assemble and prepare boxes, labels, and other packaging materials.

• Assist with stacking, staging, and organizing finished goods for shipping or storage.

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the end-of-line work area.

• Support operators with general tasks to ensure continuous production flow.

• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures, wearing required PPE at all times.

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production needs or concerns.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus, but not required.

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and organization.

• Willingness to take direction and work as part of a team.

• Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
