Position Summary

We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and detail-oriented Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing dental team. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient education, preventive care, and building lasting relationships with patients.

Responsibilities

• Perform dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance 
• Take digital radiographs and intraoral images 
• Conduct patient assessments and charting 
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care 
• Assist dentists in diagnosing oral health conditions 
• Maintain accurate patient records 
• Follow OSHA and infection control protocols 
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure excellent patient care

Requirements

Qualifications

• Active Iowa Dental Hygiene License 
• CPR certification 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment 
• Experience with dental software preferred
