WHEDA employees may have the option to select a hybrid telework/flex schedule. The remote work/flex schedule policy was developed to provide WHEDA employees some flexibility in their work schedules. All remote work/flex schedules are based on a Monday – Friday workweek. Employees must have their remote work/flex schedule request form approved by their direct manager and department director.
WHEDA is seeking a Program Specialist to join our Single Family Loan Ops and Capital Markets team in our Madison facility.
SALARY: Hiring Range for this position is from $46,656-$56,515 Annually. Offered Salary will be based on qualifications and internal pay equity. WHEDA provides a competitive salary and WHEDA employees participate in the State of Wisconsin benefit package which includes retirement, health insurance and deferred compensation programs.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Program Specialist position in Loan Operations and Capital Markets is responsible for reviewing and processing loan applications and loan documentation within compliance with WHEDA, investor and regulatory requirements. This position may also process interest rate lock requests and funding requests from lending partners. Competency in one or more of the following specialties: Package Entry, Lockdesk and funding and/or post‐closing processes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

This position is eligible for a “remote/hybrid work schedule”, after initial 100% in office training is completed, and at the discretion of the direct manager.
