Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Updating CSI scores daily
- Communicate with clients to explain survey/review process
- Reviewing all online reviews
- Meet with clients to discuss concerns/issues
- Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates.
- Previous Customer Service experience a plus!
- Excellent computer skills a must
- Valid Driver’s License required
