Job Description

We are currently seeking a Sterilization Technician to ensure sterilization of instruments while assisting with other back-office tasks and front office procedures. This position will report to the Operations Manager.

This position will be at-will, meaning either the employer or the employee may terminate the employment at any time, with or without cause or prior notice.

Pay range: $17.95-$18.50/hr

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the entire team by maintaining sterile environments in the back office
  • Support the front office by accurately scheduling appointments using the office’s standard scheduling structure
  • Collaborate with others to provide high-quality care and experience for our patients and their families
  • Ensure practice is clean and presentable to patients to include cleaning restrooms, patient lobby, mopping, vacuuming, dusting etc.
  • Participate in other duties that support the mission of providing high-quality and compassionate dental, vision, and orthodontic services to underserved children

Minimum Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a dental practice is a plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in EHR systems
  • Ability to multitask and complete tasks correctly and on time
  • Bilingual a plus
