We are excited to welcome a Leasing Consultant to join a new team supporting an upcoming San Diego community located in Cortez Hill.

About the Opportunity

We are looking for a hospitality-minded, relationship-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in creating meaningful first impressions and exceptional resident experiences.

This is a full-time, onsite position with weekends required and strong commission potential.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome prospective residents and deliver engaging, personalized tours

• Guide prospects through the leasing process with professionalism, responsiveness, and care

• Build strong resident relationships that support retention and community satisfaction

• Contribute to occupancy goals through effective follow-up, sales execution, and resident experience

• Maintain accurate lease documentation, CRM activity, and resident files

• Partner closely with the onsite team to support daily operations and community standards

What You Bring

• 1+ year of experience in leasing, property management, hospitality, retail sales, or customer service

• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills

• A genuine passion for people, hospitality, and creating positive experiences

• Confidence in relationship-building and sales conversations

• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment

• Experience with Entrata or comparable property management software is a plus
