Job Overview:

As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the community’s common areas and play a critical role in providing an excellent first impression of the interior of our community. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Reviews daily work order status and priorities with the Maintenance team. 
• Responsible for the daily upkeep of all common/amenity areas, office, clubhouse, models, laundry rooms. 
• Assists with monitoring the exterior physical conditions of the property.
• Must be able to work flexible schedule which may include working special events and/or weekends.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).
• Previous knowledge/experience of housekeeping, janitorial and general maintenance helpful.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work with a diverse group of people and customers.

Competencies:

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent time management skills: ability to prioritize work functions and keep track of activities completed and yet to do. 
• Regular attendance, punctuality and dependability 
• Shows concern for quality, accuracy, and completeness of assigned work duties. 
• Follows established procedures and best practices for ensuring safety on the job and promotes safety within the work environment.

Hourly Rate:  $17-18 per hour 

The hourly rate is between $17.00 and $18.00 per hour. Hourly rate will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses.
