Job Overview

Ebenezer is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Skilled Nursing Community in Wyoming, Minnesota! This TCU nursing provides for and assists in meeting the residents' physical, emotional and psycho-social needs while adhering to all facility, state and federal guidelines, Ebenezer Standards and Policies

This Nursing schedule includes;

  • 48 hours every two weeks
  • Day/evening shift; 12 hour shift
  • Every other weekend and holiday rotation

Meadows on Fairview TCU is located in the city of Wyoming, MN, steps away from the Fairview Lakes Hospital and a short distance from Forest Lake and North Branch.  We offer a home like atmosphere where you feel like you belong the minute you arrive!  Our 14-bed Transitional Care Unit is small enough to get to know your co-workers and residents yet large enough to provide you with opportunities and room to grow. 

Job Duties: 

  • Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual plan of care
  • Administers medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies
  • Assures that medical records and other documentation are current, complete, and accurate. Provides data relevant to the development of the plan of care
  • Performs other duties as assigned and directed

Required:

  • MN LPN licensure
  • AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers
    • BLS is required upon hire and/or new hire must show proof that they are currently enrolled in a BLS class to renew or obtain their certification. BLS certification must be obtained within three-weeks of hire date and before nurse can perform independent practice
  • 0-1 years of experience
  • Ability to use technology in the form of computers, hand held devices, cell phones, and fax machines

Preferred:

  • Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree
  • 1-3 years of experience
  • MS Office, Excel, and Word
  • Point Click Care knowledge
